Shipping

All orders are dispatched on either the same day or next business day. You will be given a tracking number once your item is dispatched and scanned by the courier.

Please allow 1-3 working days for deliveries in the North Island and 2-4 for the South Island. Rural deliveries will take an extra 1-2 days. Please note courier delivery times are estimated and do not include processing and dispatch.

We offer free shipping throughout NZ on all orders over $250.

Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days upon you receiving your order. Goods can only be returned if they arrive back to us in perfect, resalable condition (including packaging). Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Please ensure you include a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip.

Sale product is non-refundable and non-returnable. All discounted sales are final.

Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty item please contact us within 48 hours at hello@slowlifecollection.com

If an item is deemed faulty we will offer you a refund or replacement. We will reimburse you for any incurred postage costs. 

Payment & Pricing

All pricing listed is in $NZD and includes GST. Payment for goods needs to be received in full before your order is dispatched. 

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments via our online store. If you would like to pay via bank deposit please get in touch with us at hello@slowlifecollection.com

Competitions

Where competitions are run by Slowlife Collection, they are subject to the following terms:

Entry dates and eligibility conditions for competitions may change without prior notice.

Slowlife Collection employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter competitions run by Slowlife Collection.

Judges' decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Slowlife Collection will make reasonable attempts to contact all winners via email and/or social media. If winners cannot be contacted after multiple attempts, Slowlife Collection reserves the right to redraw the competition. 

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
